THESIS ORIENTATION I THESIS ORIENTATION II

Notes:
1 - The basic training disciplines of the research lines, the instrumental and the elective ones are all of 2 credits (30 h); the Dissertation Orientation I and Dissertation Orientation II correspond to 3 credits each (45 h)
2 - Total credits required: 30 credits, corresponding to 450 hours of classes, that is, 12 disciplines of 2 credits (24 credits = 360 classroom hours) and the two disciplines of dissertation orientation (6 credits = 90 class hours). The 12 disciplines are the sum of the three disciplines of basic training, one instrumental discipline, four disciplines of the research line and four elective disciplines.
3 - Dissertation orientation activities: • Dissertation Orientation I - preparation and qualification of the dissertation project • Dissertation Orientation II - carrying on of field research, pre-defense seminar and dissertation defense.
4 - Duration of the course: The Master in Business Administration and Development (MADE) is structured in order to be completed within 24 months, counted from the date of the student's enrollment in the course and comprising four semesters, being a) The first and second semesters for the fulfillment of the 12 required disciplines; b) The third semester for Dissertation Orientation I (preparation and qualification of the dissertation project); and c) The fourth semester for Dissertation Orientation II (carrying on of field research, pre-defense seminar and dissertation defense).
